Dalmally Kirk

Welcome to the American Clan Gregor Society's page about Dalmally Kirk.  Dalmally is a village along the Strath of Orchy just east of the tip of Loch Awe.  Here you will find information about the Kirk, a very old gravesite of McGregors, and an opportunity to help with the restoration of deteriorating markers to preserve them as valuable genealogical sources of information about our forebears.

Ever since the American Clan Gregor Society was formed in 1909, its membership has supported the education of the youth, developed a library significant to all MacGregors at the University of Baltimore, actively engaged in giving aid to needy causes along with our efforts at preserving artifacts, monuments, and buildings significant to the defining and understanding of Clan Gregor and MacGregors throughout and into the future.

We are now engaged in a great task to preserve the Carved Stones of the historical site at the Dalmally Kirk Yard.  Many projects urgently need our help, and now we need your help to continue these projects so vital to the Society and the future membership, as well as, those who hold these objects as dear as do we.

Every Donation or Legacy is vital to the Society, and can be made as a simple donation or as a general bequest, a sum or sums of money to be directed to a specific project or projects, or as follow-on to other bequests.  All donations or contributions though small or large will enrich the efforts at current projects, and encourage the development of future opportunities.  Your Legacy may provide the tipping point in achieving matching funds, or even complete a vital project.  Your contribution might be directed at or inspire a new project, and every amount is vital to the efforts of us all.  Should you decide to help with this effort, please use this donation form

A charitable gifting or donation to our Charity and Education Fund 501(c) 3 could be considered in your tax planning and you should consider seeking professional advice in making your decision.

You too can help make a difference by giving a lasting legacy or bequest to the American Clan Gregor Society that would be of great assistance to us in our work.

Should you have any questions, please contact .
